Welcome to RevealingtheJewelsofAutism.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of energetic art from MoonOrosOne, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Physical Goods Products & Delivery

Section 1: Product Descriptions & Variations

• Physical Goods: We offer a variety physical media such as printed and framed giclee prints, canvas prints, metal prints, acrylic prints, as well as 100% cotton woven jacquard weave tapestry and other physical media. These are produced "on-demand" at the time of purchase.

• Color Discrepancy: Please note that screen / display resolutions vary. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor will perfectly match the physical print, though we strive for the highest color accuracy and the best printers and media available to replicate our work. Also note that our jacquard weave tapestries have a lower pixel resolution (768 x 1025 pixels for 54" x 72" / 850 x 716 pixels for 54" x 62") and are also made from a different, reduced color pallet that is not identical nor as vibrant as the high definition printed and metal artwork. This is a function of the weave manufacturing process. You can review the color pallet that is posted with each tapestry item's related images in our online store.

Section 2: Shipping & Delivery

• Fulfillment: Orders are presently routed to fulfillment centers in the US.

• Shipping Times: Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

• Customs & Duties: For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees.

2. Intellectual Property & License

a. Warranty of Originality

All artwork, designs, and products displayed on this Site are original works created and owned exclusively by RevealingtheJewelsofAutism.com, MoonOrosOne, LLC. We represent and warrant that we hold all necessary rights, titles, and interests in the artwork, including all worldwide copyrights.

b. Reservation of Rights

The purchase of any physical product (e.g., giclee print, canvas, acrylic, metal, tapestry, etc.) does nottransfer any intellectual property rights to the purchaser. RevealingtheJewelsofAutism.com, MoonOrosOne, LLC retains all copyrights, including the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the original designs.

c. Copyright Protection and Enforcement

Our work is protected by the United States Copyright Act and international intellectual property treaties. We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our designs. If we discover that our artwork is being reproduced or sold by third parties without authorization, we will pursue all available legal remedies to protect our intellectual property.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

• Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards. Payments are processed securely via these third-party platforms.

• Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final. Because each piece is printed specifically for you in the size and medium you selected, we do not accept returns for change of mind or "buyer's remorse." Because our artwork is printed (or woven) and shipped by a third party, we are subject to the refund and return policies of these print on demand (POD) shippers. Specifically, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or fails to deliver.

Damaged or Defective Items

Printed/Framed Art: If damage occurs or no delivery is confirmed by the carrier for printed and framed art shipped by FinerWorks, report it within 30 days of the order date to FinerWorks. FinerWorks will replace the item at no cost. To initiate a replacement from FinerWorks, submit the form on the FinerWorks contact page (https://finerworks.com/contact.aspx) to reach their customer service. Include your order number and any relevant photos or information on their form. You may also contact their customer support at 1-800-567-8594.

Soft Tapestries. For damages or lost shipments related to our soft tapestry artwork, please contact FiberArt customer support at 1-800-567-8594 or 828-859-7418 or email info@fiberart.com.

We sincerely hope that you are extremely satisfied with your transformational art and the purchasing process. Please reach out to us (info@revealingthejewelsofautism.com) should you encounter any difficulties in resolving the circumstances listed above should they occur.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonOrosOne, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or the digital products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

5. International Use

We make no representation that the digital products available on our site are appropriate for use in locations outside the United States. If you access our site from other locations, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
